 Diana Originals does not currently use internet payment services, we only accept United States Western Union money orders for payment. Once your payment clears, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.  We use first class shipping through the United States Postal Service insurance upon request.

These terms of use, as modified and amended from time to time("terms") are a binding contract between www.dianaoriginals.com /Diana Originals and you ("you") before using this site. You agree to be bound by these terms and you agree to follow the guidelines and policies that Diana Originals may post on this site. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the site in which case you should immediately exit and not use this site. Diana Originals makes the site content and information on the site available to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification of the terms. These terms apply to all users and visitors to the site.

All ownership of copyrights to material  and intellectual property on this site is retained by the owner Diana Originals. Material that is downloaded free will still maintain copyright protection for said owner, this material may be reprinted as long as copyrights are displayed along with legal author information and are honored, not forsaking the right of owner in any way. Reproduction of any material on this site is protected under U.S. copyright law and is punishable by law. All handmade products will vary to the least amount as possible. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on material damaged in route, unless extra postage was paid for insurance, in which case, credit will be given once product and packaging are received and inspected, and found to be postal negligence, return postage being paid by customer. All products are inspected before mailing and are mailed in "perfect" condition, perfect signifying no damage or printing mishaps and packaged securely prior to being mailed. We accept special orders and request upon receipt of full payment, and dependant on availability of special request ingredients and or supplies.
